Syarat Penggunaan ANDALAN

By installing or using ANDALAN ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.
Dengan memasang atau memakai ANDALAN ("aplikasi"), Anda menyetujui syarat berikut.
1. Service

ANDALAN is a cashier (POS) app for Android that works without internet, available in several languages and store currencies. The app comes in a Free plan with certain limits (e.g. number of products and users) and a Pro plan unlocked with a one-time payment.
ANDALAN adalah aplikasi kasir (POS) untuk Android yang bekerja tanpa internet, tersedia dalam beberapa bahasa dan mata uang toko. Aplikasi tersedia dalam paket Gratis dengan batas tertentu (mis. jumlah produk dan pengguna) dan paket Pro yang dibuka dengan sekali bayar.

- Pro is purchased once through Google Play, with no monthly subscription. Pro dibeli sekali melalui Google Play, tanpa langganan bulanan.
- Pro is tied to the Google account used to buy it and can be restored on another phone with the same account via "Restore purchase". Pro terikat pada akun Google yang dipakai membeli dan dapat dipulihkan di HP lain dengan akun yang sama lewat menu "Pulihkan pembelian".
- Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. If a purchase is refunded, Pro features are turned off again; your data stays intact. Pengembalian dana mengikuti kebijakan pengembalian dana Google Play. Bila pembelian dikembalikan dananya, fitur Pro akan nonaktif kembali; data Anda tetap utuh.
- Prices are shown by Google Play and may change at any time for new purchases. Harga ditampilkan oleh Google Play dan dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu untuk pembelian baru.
3. Your data and backups are your responsibility
3. Data dan backup adalah tanggung jawab Anda
All data is stored on your phone (see the Privacy Policy). We keep no copy of your data, so we cannot recover it if your phone is lost, damaged, or the app is uninstalled. Back up regularly (to a local folder or, with Pro, to your Google Drive) and keep backup files and their passwords in a safe place. Restoring a backup replaces the data currently on the phone.
Semua data disimpan di HP Anda (lihat Kebijakan Privasi). Kami tidak menyimpan salinan data Anda, sehingga tidak dapat memulihkannya bila HP hilang, rusak, atau aplikasi dihapus. Lakukan backup secara rutin (ke folder lokal atau, dengan Pro, ke Google Drive Anda) dan simpan file backup serta kata sandinya di tempat aman. Memulihkan backup akan mengganti data yang ada di HP saat ini.
4. Fair use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app, and not to use the app for unlawful activities. As the store owner, you are responsible for the users (cashiers) you add and the access rights you give them.
Anda setuju untuk tidak membongkar, memodifikasi, atau mendistribusikan ulang aplikasi, serta tidak memakai aplikasi untuk kegiatan yang melanggar hukum. Sebagai pemilik toko, Anda bertanggung jawab atas pengguna (kasir) yang Anda tambahkan dan hak akses yang Anda berikan.
5. Calculations, currency, taxes, and reports

The app helps record sales, stock, taxes, and reports based on the data and settings you enter. When you change the store currency, the exchange rate is entered by you and is only an estimate; converted amounts may differ from actual market rates. You remain responsible for checking that your data is correct and for meeting your business's tax and bookkeeping obligations.
Aplikasi membantu mencatat penjualan, stok, pajak, dan laporan berdasarkan data dan pengaturan yang Anda masukkan. Saat Anda mengganti mata uang toko, kurs diisi oleh Anda sendiri dan hanya perkiraan; nominal hasil konversi dapat berbeda dari kurs pasar sebenarnya. Anda tetap bertanggung jawab memeriksa kebenaran data dan memenuhi kewajiban pajak serta pembukuan usaha Anda.

Some features rely on third-party services and devices (Google Play, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Bluetooth printers). Their use is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or lost profits resulting from use of the app, device problems, or third-party devices or services (e.g. printers).
Aplikasi disediakan "sebagaimana adanya". Sejauh diizinkan hukum, kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, kehilangan data, atau kehilangan keuntungan akibat penggunaan aplikasi, gangguan perangkat, atau perangkat maupun layanan pihak ketiga (mis. printer).

These terms may be updated. The latest version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the app after changes, you agree to the latest terms.
Syarat ini dapat diperbarui. Versi terbaru selalu tersedia di halaman ini. Dengan tetap memakai aplikasi setelah perubahan, Anda menyetujui syarat terbaru.
9. Governing law
9. Hukum yang berlaku
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If the English and Indonesian versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
Syarat ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia. Bila versi bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia berbeda, yang berlaku adalah versi bahasa Indonesia.
