ANDALAN ("the app") is a cashier (POS) app for Android that works without internet. This policy explains what data the app processes and how that data is protected.

ANDALAN ("aplikasi") adalah aplikasi kasir (POS) untuk Android yang bekerja tanpa internet. Kebijakan ini menjelaskan data apa yang diproses aplikasi dan bagaimana data itu dilindungi.

1. Your store data stays on your phone

1. Data toko tersimpan di HP Anda

All data you enter — products, variants, stock, transactions, customers, credit (kasbon), shifts, users, activity logs, and store settings — is stored only on your phone. This data is never sent to our servers, and we cannot see it. PINs are stored as a one-way hash, not as plain text. Android system backup is turned off for this app, so Android does not copy your data automatically.

ANDALAN Pro purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We only receive the purchase status (active, pending, cancelled, refunded) from Google Play, not your card or payment details. Payment data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Backup

Local backup: backup files are created on your command or on a schedule, then saved to the folder you choose. Backups can be protected with a password; the automatic backup password is stored in the Android Keystore on your phone. We have no access to your backup files.

Google Drive backup (Pro, optional): if you turn it on, the app asks your permission to access only a hidden app folder (drive.appdata) in your own Google Drive. Backup files are uploaded directly from your phone to your Google account (the latest 7 are kept) and can only be read by this app. We do not receive these files. The email address of the connected Google account is stored on your phone only to show which account is connected. You can disconnect at any time from the Backup screen, which also revokes the permission. Google's handling of your Drive data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Backup Google Drive (Pro, opsional): bila Anda mengaktifkannya, aplikasi meminta izin untuk mengakses hanya folder aplikasi tersembunyi (drive.appdata) di Google Drive milik Anda sendiri. File backup diunggah langsung dari HP Anda ke akun Google Anda (7 terbaru disimpan) dan hanya dapat dibaca oleh aplikasi ini. Kami tidak menerima file tersebut. 4. App updates and connection check

When connected to the internet, the app may check for and download updates through Google Play, and fix patches through the Shorebird service. These requests contain only technical information (app version, platform, and phone processor type), without any store data. To show connection status (for example before changing the store currency), the app checks whether google.com can be reached; no data is sent in this check.

Saat terhubung ke internet, aplikasi dapat memeriksa dan mengunduh pembaruan melalui Google Play, serta pembaruan perbaikan melalui layanan Shorebird. Permintaan itu hanya berisi informasi teknis (versi aplikasi, platform, dan jenis prosesor HP), tanpa data toko apa pun. Untuk menampilkan status koneksi (mis. sebelum mengganti mata uang toko), aplikasi mengecek apakah google.com dapat dijangkau; tidak ada data yang dikirim dalam pengecekan ini.

5. Sharing receipts and reports

Receipts (for example via WhatsApp or PDF) and exported reports (PDF, Excel, CSV) are only shared when you choose to share them through another app. After that, the privacy policy of the recipient and that app applies.

When you tap "Report a problem", the app prepares a text containing the app version, phone brand/model, Android version, free storage space, and technical error logs. This text does not contain transaction data and is only sent if you share it yourself through another app (e.g. WhatsApp or email).

Bila Anda menekan "Laporkan masalah", aplikasi menyiapkan teks berisi versi aplikasi, merek/model HP, versi Android, sisa ruang penyimpanan, dan catatan error teknis. Teks ini tidak berisi data transaksi dan hanya terkirim bila Anda sendiri membagikannya lewat aplikasi lain (mis. WhatsApp atau email).

Bluetooth — connect to receipt printers. Bluetooth — menghubungkan printer struk.
Camera — scan product barcodes and take product photos. Kamera — memindai barcode produk dan mengambil foto produk.
Notifications — low stock and backup reminders. Notifikasi — pengingat stok menipis dan backup.
Run at startup — keep scheduled backups and stock reminders running after the phone restarts. Jalan saat HP menyala — menjaga backup terjadwal dan pengingat stok tetap berjalan setelah HP dinyalakan ulang.
Biometrics — unlock the app with your fingerprint (optional); fingerprint data stays in Android and is never accessed by the app. Biometrik — membuka kunci aplikasi dengan sidik jari (opsional); data sidik jari tetap di Android dan tidak pernah diakses aplikasi.
Storage / files — save and open backup files, reports, labels, and product photos. Penyimpanan / file — menyimpan dan membuka file backup, laporan, label, dan foto produk.
Internet — Google Play purchases, app updates, Google Drive backup, connection check, and opening help links. Internet — pembelian Google Play, pembaruan aplikasi, backup Google Drive, cek koneksi, dan membuka tautan bantuan.

8. No ads and no analytics

The app shows no ads, uses no ad trackers, and sends no analytics or crash data. Errors are logged only on your phone.

Aplikasi tidak menampilkan iklan, tidak memakai pelacak iklan, dan tidak mengirim data analitik maupun data crash. Error hanya dicatat di HP Anda.

9. Deleting your data

9. Penghapusan data

Because your data is on your phone, you can delete all of it by uninstalling the app or choosing "Clear data" in Android settings. Also delete any backup files you saved, if needed. To delete Google Drive backups, disconnect Drive in the app, then delete the app's hidden data in Google Drive (Settings → Manage apps → ANDALAN → Delete hidden app data).

Karena data ada di HP Anda, Anda dapat menghapus seluruhnya dengan menghapus aplikasi atau memilih "Hapus data" di pengaturan Android. Hapus juga file backup yang pernah Anda simpan bila diperlukan. Untuk menghapus backup di Google Drive, putuskan sambungan Drive di aplikasi, lalu hapus data aplikasi tersembunyi di Google Drive (Setelan → Kelola aplikasi → ANDALAN → Hapus data aplikasi tersembunyi).

The app is intended for adult business owners and is not directed at children under 18.
